The colors would appear differently depending on the color of the base. If applied over a white base, the surface will have a shimmery pearl-like effect. If applied over a black base, Mr. CRYSTAL COLOR gives a metallic feel to the surface.
To add more glossiness, apply 2 coats of clear paints.
